Administration


Paul Knippel, P.E., Director of Public Works & Engineering Services
Paul Knippel is responsible for the overall management of the department and coordination with other agencies and city departments.

Operations


Kevin Grant, Assistant Director
Kevin Grant is responsible for the daily operations of all divisions, including water, sewer, meters, streets, traffic, and drainage.

Business


Danny Carroll, Business Manager
Danny Carroll is responsible for all business-related activities for Public Works, including purchasing, contracts, safety, and facilities.

Right-of-Way Inspection


Dan Franke, P.E., R.P.L.S., CFM, Senior Civil Engineer
Dan Franke is responsible for construction plan review, operational issues, utility inspections, and franchise utility coordination.

Stormwater Inspection & Administration


Perry Harts, P.E., C.P.M.S.M., Stormwater Manager
Perry Harts is responsible for the stormwater management program that focuses on education, inspection, and pollution prevention.

Environmental Services


Jeremy Starritt, Manager
Jeremy Starritt is responsible for the administration of solid waste collection, recycling, household hazardous wastes, and educational programs.

Joyce Warren administers the outreach and education programs for the conservation and protection of our water supply, including publications, city website, HOA presentations, volunteer organizations, and workshops.
