The Frisco Parks & Recreation Department has established a Scholarship Program for qualified citizens to participate in City of Frisco recreation programs and special events. The application deadline is two weeks after the Frisco Fun Activity Guide is distributed. The application deadline for the upcoming Spring 2010 programs is Friday, February 19 at 5:00 p.m.
