Leagues play under ASA guidelines and are offered for numerous skill levels. Teams play eight games with the top four teams advancing to the league playoffs. Ultimate Frisbee League
Ultimate Frisbee is a non-contact high energy sport that is gaining popularity in the United States. It is football, soccer, and frisbee mixed in one phenomenal cardiovascular workout. Teams compete to win the title of Ultimate Frisbee Champion. There is a minimum of five and a maximum of eight players per team. A ration of 2:1 male to female players is required. The league is self-officiated. Players must be 14 years of age or older. Registration closes on September 4. Register online now.
