Neighborhood Park Pavilions

The City of Frisco has more than 30 neighborhood parks located throughout the city.  Most of these parks have pavilions and playgrounds amongst other amenities which make these parks a great location for a birthday party or small gathering. The City of Frisco does not take reservations for these pavilions and as such they are operated on a first-come, first-serve basis.   

Park Pavilion Rentals

Parks with pavilions available for reservation include Frisco Commons, Shawnee Trail Sports Complex and Warren Sports Complex. Reservations for park pavilions can be made one week prior to the event and up to six months in advance. When not specifically reserved by patrons, park pavilions may be utilized on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations must be made in person at the Frisco Athletic Center. Special Events
Looking for the perfect location to host your very own special event?  Various park sites are available to accommodate large specialty functions such as weddings, family reunions, corporate gatherings, fundraisers, etc. To check for availability and to reserve a city location call 972-292-6643.

Many of these type of events require a Special Events Permit issued through the Special Events Review Committee.  To receive a special event application, contact the Communications & Media Relations Department at 972-292-5074.

Baseball/Softball Field Reservations for Practices
The City of Frisco has more than 15 baseball and softball fields capable of holding youth and adult practices.  During their seasons, primary use for these fields is given to members of the Frisco Sports Council.  Rental opportunities may be limited during their seasons. Reservations must be made in person at the Frisco Athletic Center. You may call (972) 292-6643 to check availability.  Reservations are accepted Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. only.

Rental & Reservation Information
1. Reservations are taken in person at the Frisco Athletic Center the same day before 3 p.m. up to 14 days in advance (soccer and football fields).  Baseball fields may only be reserved before 3 p.m. during the current week (Monday - Thursday) only.
2. Practice Field = $25 per 90 minute rental.
3. Rental times are 6-7:30 p.m. and 7:30-9 p.m., Monday thru Thursday only.
4. Fields are available for use Sundays on a first-come, first-serve basis.
5. No extra fees are charged for lights.

Athletic Field Reservations for Tournaments
The City of Frisco has plenty of choices when looking for the perfect location to host your organization's tournament.  Whether your event is big or small, for football, baseball or any other sport; be sure to inquire about the possibilities at one of Frisco's premier community parks.
